Fab food, spotless and nice styled room with a lovely view to the garden and the garden plus a huge bathroom. Perfect and peaceful location in Grasmere close to the hotel-lounge areas with open fires and all the walks, shops and restaurants.

I loved how I could easily walk to Rydal Mount, almost 3 km away, and enjoy the beautiful gardens there. The single room with a lovely outlook.

The food was excellent, I mean dinner was just on another level, I was blown away by how delicious everything was. Plus, the staff was attentive.
It wasn't the cheapest, but for the quality, it was still acceptable.

Cozy vibes and amazing food!
The food was great, especially the breakfast-seriously, so good. The staff were super friendly. The vibe is nice and relaxed. There's loads of parking. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit better. Great experience!

Loved the cozy hotel atmosphere! Really enjoyed the vegan breakfast, but the room needed better blackout curtains to sleep in! 🌙

Perfect spot for a getaway
We had an awesome couple of nights here! The room was super spacious and clean. That bed was so comfy. Breakfast was on point too! Just a heads up, the early light might wake you up early if you're not keen on that, but it did not bother us much.

Great location and free parking, but the early morning light was disruptive without blackout curtains.

I stayed in a Single Room with Mountain View for 4 nights. The room was clean and spacious, and the amenities were pretty good. The bed was comfy, but I could've done with some blackout curtains-we're talking 5:45 AM wake-up calls from daylight! Just saying. Though, it felt homely. No noise issues, nice.

The food offered, especially at breakfast and dinner, was good, with freshly prepared dishes and a great variety. The staff displayed a high level of professionalism, being both great throughout my visit. The hotel's small size contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. And ample parking space was a significant advantage, especially in such a popular destination. The room was clean and spacious with quality amenities.
No significant criticisms.

The stay was quite enjoyable, with delicious food that particularly stood out during breakfast. The room was spacious and well-kept, and having ample parking was a major convenience, especially during the busy summer season. There was room for improvement, such as providing a dressing gown and ensuring that soup is served with spoons ready at the table, but overall, we had a lovely time with a relaxing atmosphere.
